The crack of dawn is waiting for you

You'll Strengthen Your Self Discipline
Say goodbye to the snooze button. Be consistent and don't give yourself another option. If you need an accountability buddy, do it. It feels rewarding to have someone recognize your efforts. You are in control of yourself. The more you practice that authority in your sleep schedule, the more control you'll have in other aspects of your life including media intake, eating habits, etc. Be your own master.
You'll Have More Time to Yourself
“time for scripture study [ or insert what is most important to you] requires a schedule that will be honored. Otherwise, blessings that matter the most will be at the mercy of things that matter least.” - Russel Nelson
You'll gain extra planning time and workout time. Most people wake up frantic and busy and operate at a very low level. Waking up at five gives you the quiet time you need in the morning to connect with yourself, your purpose, and your Higher Power. Something that is indispensable to me is time in the scriptures, and when I wake up at 5:00 I have the time to study at length, eat breakfast, and not be rushed. On days I sleep in I am constantly playing catch up and trying to fit in that study time throughout the day, which never is as in-depth or lengthy as it is in the morning. Make the time for what's most important to you.

You'll Feel More Motivated
“Personal confidence comes from making progress toward goals that are far bigger than your present capabilities” - Dan Sullivan
Get up, take the time to get ready for the day, and eat breakfast! Waking up at 5:00 will increase your confidence in yourself, which is fundamental to making huge leaps in life. The more confidence you have the more you can see yourself as your future self.
You'll be a New and Better Person
“Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.” - Benjamin Franklin
Imagine the changes you will need to make to wake up at 5:00. What will you lose? Waking up at the crack of dawn will require you to let some things go and let other things grow. Wake up to your full Potential.
You'll Get Better ZZZ The first two weeks will be the hardest, but you will start to build the habit. There will be a lot less laying in bed with your mind running 100 miles per hour. Your body will feel ready to fall asleep earlier. Even if you hardly sleep the first night, the next night will be much more comfortable. The next morning you will feel well-rested. Being consistent will restart your cardiac rhythm.
